Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact.us.flaire@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return mailing label along with information on how and where to deliver your product. Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions and non-returnable products
We cannot give refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings due to hygiene concerns, unless they are defective. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest approach to receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will tell you after we have received and reviewed your return, and whether or not the refund has been accepted. If authorised, you will be instantly reimbursed using your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
